Industrial visits are a regular feature in every semester in all courses offered by the institute. Every semester the students visit one or the other installations, factories etc. The institute gives foremost priority to develop healthy relations with the corporate world. Moving in this direction the institute invites eminent personalities from the industries to visit as well as participate in the development of the institute. Seminars, conserevces, guest lectures are planned to provide the students an opportunity to interact with the people from the engineering world.
It is an integral part of the AICTE curriculum as it is of relevance. Apart from giving the students an opportunity to test out the theoretical concepts learnt in the classroom, the summer experience gives an insight into the working of the real organizations. This also helps students explore career opportunities in their areas of interest and appreciate the inter- linkages among different functions and develop a realistic managerial perspective about the organizations.
Industrial Visits the students to see firsthand how world class organizations operate, industry visits are organized. The interaction with industry experts, touring of factories and facilities help students to relate theories that they have learnt and hw these theories are put to practice.
Eminent personalities from the Industry are invited to deliver talks on their subject of excellence which is useful for students who are on threshold of joining the industry.
