The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC), Ghaziabad, successfully hosted an inspiring session titled “The Founder’s Voice”, on September 5 - 2025 aimed at nurturing entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and innovation among students. The event served as a powerful platform for aspiring entrepreneurs to directly interact with visionary founders who have transformed ideas into impactful ventures.
The highlight of the session was the presence of two dynamic entrepreneurs — Ms. Priya Gupta, Founder of Savyryne Foundation, and Mr. Dewansh Poddar, Founder of EV Recharge. Both speakers candidly shared their entrepreneurial journeys, shedding light on the challenges, setbacks, and learning experiences that shaped their careers. Ms. Priya Gupta emphasized the importance of resilience, social responsibility, and passion in driving a startup forward, while Mr. Dewansh Poddar inspired students with his insights on the future of clean energy and how EV Recharge is contributing to sustainable development.
Their stories resonated deeply with the students, who were encouraged to think out of the box, take calculated risks, and pursue their entrepreneurial dreams with confidence. By narrating real-life struggles and breakthroughs, the speakers instilled in the young audience the belief that innovation and determination can overcome even the toughest of hurdles.
The program also included an engaging interactive Q&A session, where students enthusiastically asked questions about funding, scalability, team building, and navigating failures. The practical guidance and first-hand experiences shared by the founders provided valuable learning beyond textbooks, motivating participants to nurture their own startup ideas with a realistic yet ambitious mindset.
On this special occasion, Mr. Puneet Aggarwal, Vice Chairman, IPEC & MIET Group of Institutions, addressed the gathering and praised the efforts of the E-Cell team. He underlined the importance of such initiatives in strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem on campus and preparing students to emerge as job creators rather than job seekers. Dr. Amit Jain, Director, Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC), also appreciated the organizing committee for successfully executing the event. He highlighted that platforms like “The Founder’s Voice” not only boost innovation and creativity but also instill leadership qualities and problem-solving skills, which are essential for contributing meaningfully to industry and society.
The Entrepreneurship Cell of IPEC has consistently worked to foster innovation, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset among students through workshops, mentoring, and networking opportunities. With the success of this event, the E-Cell reaffirmed its commitment to building a robust startup culture and empowering students to transform their ideas into reality.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks, recognizing the contribution of guest speakers, faculty mentors, and the organizing team. The overwhelming participation and positive feedback from students reflected the event’s success in igniting passion and confidence among the future changemakers.
