Welcome to the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering!

As you embark on this exciting journey, our mission is to equip you with strong technical skills with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to meet rapidly evolving needs of the industry and research for the benefit of the society.

The department is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories designed to meet both curriculum and industry demands. Our highly experienced faculty members, with backgrounds in teaching, research, and industry, guide and mentor students according to their individual interests.

To prepare industry-ready professionals, we encourage students to work on mini-projects in their 2nd and 3rd years, culminating in a major project in their final year. These projects often lead to outcomes such as research papers, conference presentations, book chapters, and patents. Additionally, we support students in pursuing paid internships offered by various industries.

We have also established a Cadence Design Lab, enabling students to gain hands-on experience with schematic capture, simulation, layout design, and post-layout verification.

The department has signed MOUs with numerous industries and academic institutions to foster the holistic development of our students and faculty.
