Campus Connect is an industry-academia partnership initiative taken by Infosys to assist the engineers improve their employability skills and make them industry ready.. Campus Connect aims at creating an effective means of backward integration into the supply chain by going into the college campuses from where the IT industry gets the people for its growth. Foundation Program (FP) roll-out is the core of the Campus Connect Program. The courseware comprises the Intellectual Property and experience of Infosys in training thousands of entry-level engineers from diverse backgrounds and disciplines so that they perform their best in delivering world-class projects to global customers. Foundation Program (FP) provides an exclusive set of teaching aids and consolidated training material to the college faculty to help them make students industry ready.

This courseware has been used by Infosys along with train entry level engineers.

Covers Essential Generic Topics Like:

  • Computer hardware and system software concepts.
  • Programming fundamentals.
  • RDBMS.
  • System development methodology.
  • Analysis of algorithms.
  • Object oriented concepts.
  • User interface design.
  • Web technologies Client/server concepts.
  • Course outline and lesson plans.

NASSCOM in their Pilot project of adopting 6 colleges and 6 corporate to interact on one to one basis with the sole objective of bridging the gap that exists between academia and the Industry, adopted IPEC as one of the college.

Sopra-IPEC Industry Academia Program started in 2010. Majorly covering topics – Requirement Analysis, Object Design, Database Design, Programming Practices & coding and Testing)

Sopra group referred our Institute because of our “Star performer Alumni” working with the Company.

We signed an MOU with EMC Corporation In year 2014-2015 for training our Faculties as well as Students on emerging niche technologies like Cloud Computing, Data warehousing etc.

A campus initiative by Microsoft to provide platform for students of engineering /science / maths background within their campus environment, so that they get exposure to real world technologies before they move out in the industry.

The courses under MSITA are designed by Microsoft and are delivered by “Microsoft Trained Trainers” through Microsoft Delivery Partners. The enrolled students are exposed to the latest Microsoft Technologies that enable them to be market ready thereby increasing their placement opportunities manifolds.

Besides theory and lab sessions, each level comprises of project work based on Microsoft technologies. On completion of the level(s), the students are awarded participation certificates. The students can subsequently appear for Microsoft Global Certifications.
