Inderprastha Business School (IBS), C/o Inderprastha Engineering College (IPEC), Ghaziabad, successfully organized a One-Week Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Research Methodology & Fundamentals from 22nd December to 27th December 2025. The programme was designed to strengthen research competencies among faculty members, research scholars, and academicians by providing a comprehensive understanding of contemporary research methodologies, tools, and techniques. The FDP attracted enthusiastic participation from educators and researchers representing various institutions across the country.

The week-long programme featured eminent academicians, researchers, and industry experts from prestigious institutions including IIT Roorkee, the University of Delhi, the University of Mumbai, NIT Silchar, and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The sessions covered a wide range of topics such as research design, systematic literature review, questionnaire development, survey techniques, data collection and validation, research ethics, data analysis, research paper writing, publication strategies, and research funding opportunities. Through interactive discussions, hands-on activities, and expert guidance, participants gained valuable insights into conducting high-quality and impactful research.

The FDP concluded with an overwhelming response from participants, who appreciated the practical orientation, academic rigor, and relevance of the sessions. The programme successfully fostered a research-driven mindset among the attendees and enhanced their ability to undertake systematic and meaningful scholarly investigations.
