  • Dr. Ajay Kumar (Hon’ble Director) and Dr. Sudhir Kumar (HOD ME) visited Ingersoll Rand Technologies & Services Pvt. Ltd on 22nd December 2021 under the mission of Industry-Institute Interaction & Collaboration (IIIC).
  • Dr. Ajay Kumar (Hon’ble Director) and Dr. Sudhir Kumar (HOD ME) visited the ANANDMAYEE FORGINGS PVT LTD., Sahibabad on 29th September 2021. They are specialized in forging super duplex steels and Exotic nickel copper and chromium based alloys. Mr. Saroj Kumar Dalai, Sr. Production Manager and Mr. Sudhir Mishra (Aluminai of IPEC) Production Planning Engineer assured for the industrial visits & recruitment of Mechanical Engineering students.
  • Dr. Ajay Kumar (Hon’ble Director) and Dr. Sudhir Kumar (HOD ME) visited the MCAM SURLON INDIA LIMITED on 22nd September 2021. The industry CEO Mr. Luv Kumar and HR Executive welcome the dignitaries in the industry and explored the various accessories used in the industry. The CEO also assured for arranging the industrial visits and placement of Mechanical Engineering students of our institute.
  • Central Electronics Ltd. (CEL) offered a consultancy to Mechanical Engineering Department of IPEC on 23rd September 2021 under the mission of Industry-Institute Interaction & Collaboration (IIIC).
  • Dr. Ajay Kumar (Hon’ble Director) and Dr. Sudhir Kumar (HOD ME) visited the Asha Jai Gopal Engineering Works (P) Ltd. on 21st September 2021. The industry Managing Director Mr. Jai Gopal Mehta assured for arranging industrial visits & recruitment for Mechanical Engineering students.
  • Dr. Ajay Kumar (Hon’ble Director), Dr. Sudhir Kumar (HOD ME) and Ms. Monika Bansal (Registrar IPEC) visited Anupam Products Ltd. on 20th September 2021 under the mission of Industry-Institute Interaction & Collaboration (IIIC).
  • Dr. Sudhir Kumar (HOD ME) and Mr. Manoj Kumar Yadav (Faculty ME) visited Fronius India (P) Ltd. on 8th September 2021 under the mission of Industry-Institute Interaction & Collaboration (IIIC).
IPEC has been declared BY ISRAE as student chapter on 24th October 2016. The Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE), was founded in 1981 at New Delhi by a group of eminent HVAC&R professionals. ISHRAE today has more than 12,000 HVAC&R professionals as members and additionally there are 7,500 Student-members. ISHRAE operates from 41 Chapters and sub Chapters spread all over India, with HQ in Delhi. It is led by a team of elected officers, who are members of the Society, working on a voluntary basis, and collectively called the Board of Governors. Aims & Objectives:
  • Advancement of the Arts and Sciences of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering and Related Services.
  • Continuing education of Members and other interested persons in the said sciences through Lectures, Workshops, Product Presentations, Publications and Expositions.
  • Rendition of career guidance and financial assistance to students of the said sciences.

  • COLLEGE OPTED THE ICM MEMBERSHIP OF IIW-INDIA
  • Expert lecture on "Basic of WPS/PQR" was conducted on 2/9/19 for Mechanical Engineering students.
  • The lecture was delivered by Mr. Darshan Gambhava, Senior Manager, QA/QC- Welding Engineering, Petrofac India Pvt. Ltd.
  • Purpose of the guest lecture was to improve the skill of students in welding and to bridge the industry academia gap.
  • The business meet of Fronius business partner was started on 2nd April 2019 with the lamp lightning ceremony in the presence of Director IPEC Dr. B. C. Sharma, Dr. H. K. Raj, HOD-ME and Mr. Rahul Kulkaeni, Segment Head Fronius India PhD. Ltd.
  • 14 members from various places attended the two day program held on 2nd & 3rd April 2019.
  • As the IPEC has PWL setup, so two faculties Mr. Manoj Yadav and Mr. Sanjeev Varshney along with lab Asst. Mr. Raj kumar Bhartai represented the college.
  • A technical talk on “Welding machines and Processes” was conducted on 12-09-2018 in CAD lab, Mechanical Engineering Department from 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM followed by a brief onsite practical introduction of machine and processes from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM under the banner of IIW students’ chapter (IPEC-Ghaziabad).
  • 20 students and four faculty members attended the talk and gained the knowledge.
  • The Student Chapter of IIW-India was inaugurated on 2nd May 2018 at Mechanical Department, IPEC.
  • The inauguration ceremony was chaired by Dr. R.S. Parmar, Retd. Prof, IIT Delhi along with Dr. Harish Khurana, Vice president, IIW-India and other distinguished guests from IIW-India. The highlight of the ceremony was the technical talk by Dr. R.S. Parmar.

  • A Guest Lecture was delivered on “Future of Welding: Journey towards Industry 4.0” by Mr. Som Ashutosh, Vice-President, The Indian Institute of Welding on 7th August 2021. Faculties and students attended the same.
  • A Special Guest Lecture was delivered on "Widely Used Refrigerants in Today's Refrigeration Industries" by Prof. (Dr.) AK Ahluwalia, ISHRAE-Representative on 8th March 2018 at ME Seminar Hall. Few Faculties and all B.Tech (Mechanical) 3rd Year students attended the lecture.
  • IPEC proudly welcomed the delegates from ISHRAE Delhi chapter to open a student chapter at our campus on 20th April 2018.
  • The keynote speakers were Pradeep Kumar Dua, Sudir Das and Ms. Purnima Sharma from Delhi Chapter ISHRAE.
  • A Lecture was delivered on "Entrepreneurship development" by Dr. D. K. Gupta from MSME (Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) on 16th September 2016.
  • A lecture was delivered on "Application of Foundry Technology for making special elements" by Prof. D.B. Goel (Retired Professor from IIT Roorkee) on 21st October 2016
