Tech (ME) student, Kshitiz Sharma (2nd Year) presented research paper entitled “To improve the efficiency of electric current and heat generation in aluminium metal by using COMSOL multiphysics software” in an Second International Conference on Industrial & Manufacturing Systems (CIMS-2021), on November 11-13th, 2021 jointly organized by Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh & Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, India.
B.Tech (ME 4th Year) students, Amit Singh Patel, Pankaj Pachouri, Naveen Kumar, Vedansh Rana successfully completed a consultancy project entitled “Resistance to Human Impact Testing Machine” of Birkan Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd., Ghaziabad.
B.Tech (ME) students, Brijesh Kumar (4th Year) , Amit Patel (4th Year), Pankaj Pachouri (4th Year), Mahtab Alam (4th Year), Pulkit Talwar (4th Year), Madhav Kumar Sharma (2nd Year), Shivam Sharma (2nd Year) presented research paper entitled “Experimental study of foundry defects in Aluminium castings for quality improvement of casting” in an International Conference on Technological Advancements in Materials Science & Manufacturing (ICTAMSM-2021) on February 19-20, 2021 held at Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
B.Tech (ME) student, Haseeb Ahmad Khan (3nd Year) presented research paper entitled “A study on Fatigue-Crack Propagation (FCP) for brittle and ductile materials” along with faculties of the department in an International conference on recent development on Materials, Reliability, Safety and Environmental issues (IMRSE-2021) on June 25-27, 2021 held at Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Punjab, India.

A remarkable achievement had been achieved when students of Mechanical Engineering final
year went on to present a technical paper titled "ANAYLYSIS OF LOAD VARIATION OF ABSORPTION
CHILLER WITH RANKINE CYCLE" in prestigious
"RANKINE CONFERENCE 2020 IN UNIVERSITY OF
GLASSGOW-SCOTLAND". The authors were Mr. Kirtivardhan Singh, Mr. Kartikey Pandey and
being supervised by Dr. Krishnendu Roy.
IPECIANS made their presence globally. Our final year mechanical students Kirtivardhan and Kartikey presented a technical paper in the Prestigious Rankine 2020 Conference which was supposed to happen in Glasgow but they finally had to present online. The paper is entitled as “Analysis of Load Variation of Absorption Chiller with Rankine Cycle†They did a great work and surely attracts a huge applause.
The innovative ideas of ME 4th Year student, Himanshu Deshwal has been selected for financial support of Rs. 12000/- by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University for 5th Round of Dr. Kalam Innovation Gallery on the theme “Rural Innovation & Environment.
